In the future period there will be rebirth , ageing , death ( jati, jara, marna ) with sorrow , lamentation , pain, grief, despair ( soka, pardeva, dukkha, domnassa, upayasa) arising as consequences of rebirth. It is the truth of suffering (dukka sacca). It is phase four or division four.

Phase one in the past period is truth of cause of suffering (samudaya sacca)

Phase two in the present period is truth of suffering (dukkha sacca)

Phase three in the present period is the truth of cause of suffering (samudaya sacca)

Phase four in the future period is the truth of suffering (dukkha sacca)

Phase one is cause samudaya

Phase two is effect dukkha

Phase three is cause samudaya
